María Bosch Joins Zavala Civitas as Managing Director of APAC

We are pleased to announce the appointment of María Bosch as Managing Director of APAC at Zavala Civitas. María brings a wealth of international experience in human resources and executive search, with a strong track record across Asia-Pacific, Europe, and the Americas. 

From 2016 to 2024, María served as APAC-Africa HR Director at Prosegur, overseeing HR operations in Singapore, Australia, China, India, Indonesia, the Philippines, and South Africa. In this role, she led large-scale workforce transformations, optimized recruitment processes, and successfully negotiated complex labor agreements.

 

Previously, María held senior talent acquisition roles at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Oliver Wyman and McKinsey & Company, driving strategic hiring initiatives across multiple global regions. She also served as Global Talent Acquisition Director at Ahlstrom, where she designed and implemented global recruitment and executive search strategies. 

 

Recognized as a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council in 2024, María is fluent in Spanish, English, and Portuguese, and is widely regarded as a thought leader in the HR and talent space.
