She has worked in high volume recruitment, executive search and leadership consulting having exposure to both high volume and high precision environments. Martina studied in Ca’Foscari University where she majored in Chinese Language and Culture. She later completed her masters in International business in Southwestern University of Finance and Economics, in China. Martina is fluent in English, Italian and Chinese.

Kevin has +10 years’ experience in Management Consulting, Recruitment Consulting and in Client Services across Europe, South America and APAC. Holder of a Masters degree in Business Administration and Corporate Finance, his professional experience focuses on IT, Finance, and Insurance industries. Prior to joining Zavala Civitas, he worked for Capgemini and IBM. He returned to China in 2012, to be part of a German Consulting Executive HR firm to then become the Director of ZCES in China. He speaks fluent French, English, Spanish and Mandarin.

Ainara brings over 5 years of distinguished experience in Management Consulting, Recruitment Consulting, and Client Services, spanning multiple regions including Europe, South America, and APAC.

Previously, she held the position of Business Director at INS Global, where she made significant contributions. She holds a Double Diploma and a Master’s degree in Law and Political Sciences, underscoring her commitment to academic excellence. Ainara’s professional journey centers around international payroll and recruitment consulting services, reflecting her dedication to optimizing global business operations.
