Tomás joined Zavala Civitas initially as Finance Manager and has progressively taken on broader responsibilities across business development, executive search, and strategic advisory, demonstrating consistent impact and leadership.

In his role as Partner, Tomás will focus on cross-border mandates across Europe and the Americas, supporting clients on leadership strategy, executive search, and organisational advisory in complex, international contexts.

With over 20 years of experience, Tomás brings a profile that bridges executive search, organisational strategy, and operational leadership. He has advised organisations across the Americas, EMEA, and Asia, supporting Boards and senior leadership teams on executive selection, leadership assessment, governance, and transformation initiatives.

Prior to joining Zavala Civitas, Tomás held senior roles in strategy, finance, and project leadership, including Head of Finance & Strategy and Senior Project Manager & Advisor within public institutions in Argentina. His experience in public-private partnerships, policy advisory, and large-scale transformation initiatives provides him with a deep understanding of leadership in complex and regulated environments.

Tomás holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a Master’s degree in Project Management, with formal training in PMI®/PMBOK® standards and Agile frameworks.
