November 11, 2025

Zavala Civitas is pleased to announce the appointment of Carla Geday as Senior Advisor, where she will play a key role in advancing the firm’s strategic initiatives and expansion across the Middle East.

Carla Geday joins Zavala Civitas as Senior Advisor for the Middle East

Carla brings over two decades of international experience in corporate strategy, business development, and project management across the private and public sectors. For the past nine years, she has been based in Bahrain, serving as Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy at Palms Holding W.LL, where she oversaw the development of a 132,000 Sqm logistics hub adjacent to Bahrain International Airport.

Prior to that, Carla held senior positions at blue-chip companies in the United States and the Middle East Africa region, leading large-scale initiatives that strengthened market presence and operational efficiency.

Her extensive regional experience is complemented by a proven ability to drive strategic growth, ensure program compliance, and foster cross-sector partnerships that deliver measurable impact. Carla is recognized for her leadership in building high-performing, multicultural teams and implementing large-scale initiatives on time and within budget.

Educated at École Spéciale d’Architecture in Paris, Carla began her career in the United States and has since established herself as a trusted leader in the Middle East, bridging the gap between global organizations and regional execution.

In her new role at Zavala Civitas, Carla will focus on developing the Middle East region, leveraging her deep regional expertise and business acumen to support the firm’s growth and client partnerships.

We are proud to welcome Carla to Zavala Civitas, where she will play a key role in expanding our executive search and leadership consulting practice across the Middle East and Africa.
