Leonor Pablos joins Zavala Civitas

Leonor Pablos joins Zavala Civitas as Senior Advisor, bringing her valuable experience in international expansion and people management. She will lead the Infrastructure and Renewables Committee, thus developing the service the firm provides to companies in this sector and supporting the implementation of Zavala Civitas in the US and Canada, which started in 2021.

Until now, Leonor has been the HR Director of three of Ferrovial’s most global business areas (Services, Construction and Toll Roads). In recent years, Ferrovial has undergone a major transformation of its business model and a major internationalization of its activities. With dual Mexican and Spanish nationality, Leonor has worked specially in the important expansion of the company in North America.

Before her time at Ferrovial, Leonor worked as HR Director in various sectors, with the most notable being Technology (Bull), Television and Media (Televisa), and Banking (HSBC Bank).
