Leonor Pablos joins Zavala Civitas as Senior Advisor

Zavala Civitas is pleased to announce that Leonor Pablos has joined the firm as Senior Advisor, bringing extensive experience in international expansion, human resources and people management.

At the time of her appointment, Leonor joined Zavala Civitas to lead the Infrastructure and Renewables Committee, strengthening the firm’s capabilities for companies operating in these sectors and supporting its development in the United States and Canada.

Leonor Pablos’ International HR Leadership Experience

Before joining Zavala Civitas, Leonor served as HR Director for three of Ferrovial’s most globally oriented business areas: Services, Construction and Toll Roads.

Her experience at Ferrovial coincided with a period of significant transformation and international expansion for the company. With dual Mexican and Spanish nationality, Leonor played an important role in supporting Ferrovial’s development across North America.

This background gives her direct experience of the people and organizational challenges associated with international growth, particularly in infrastructure-intensive and highly international businesses.

Before her time at Ferrovial, Leonor held senior HR leadership positions across several industries.

Her previous experience includes technology at Bull, television and media at Televisa, and banking at HSBC. Working across different sectors and organizational environments has given her a broad perspective on talent, leadership and organizational development.

Her career therefore combines functional HR expertise with experience navigating different industries, geographies and stages of organizational transformation.
