Marsha Pearcy’s career is distinguished by her 35 years of dedicated service to the executive search industry. Prior to joining Zavala Civitas, she made significant contributions to the field. Marsha was an integral part of Russell Reynolds Associates, serving clients across real estate sectors. She co-managed the firm’s global real estate industry practice and played an essential role in founding their Mexico City Office, marking the firm’s entry into Latin America.
