Flora Shi Joins Zavala Civitas as Search Director for APAC

With an impressive career spanning over a decade, Flora has established herself as a seasoned HR professional with a keen understanding of local hiring markets, particularly within the financial and service industries. Her notable achievements include successfully hiring for critical leadership positions such as Chief Financial Officers (CFOs), Executive Directors, senior corporate, investment, and retail bankers, as well as senior legal & compliance professionals and technical leaders. 

 

Flora’s strengths lie not only in her ability to forge strong client relationships and acquire new business but also in her exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Her self-driven nature, growth mindset, and passion for excellence make her an ideal fit for Zavala Civitas.
