An internal study is conducted and after considering the market trends and the current organization chart of the company, a new job description is proposed to the client with minor alterations, compared to the one initially requested.

Implementation: Before the search, we are asked to provide a potential interim leader to help through the transition. A mapping is completed looking at relevant and competing institutions in the U.S. The candidates are presented to our client’s company board of directors and some advisors. After reviewing all candidates, the client decides to continue with the interim solution which provided excellent short-term results.
